Terms

These are basic terms that apply to all engagements. After initial engagement, specific terms will be defined and agreed by both parties.

Working Relationship

Services are provided on an independent contractor basis. Scope, milestones, and delivery cadence are agreed in writing before implementation starts. Strictly no employment is implied or created by these terms.

Project Scope and Changes

Requirements are reviewed up front. Any out-of-scope work is identified before execution.

Intellectual Property

Unless stated otherwise in a formal agreement, final deliverables produced by MilesMFE are owned by MilesMFE until full payment has been received. Upon confirmation of full payment, full ownership is transferred to the client.

Liability and Support

MilesMFE is not liable for any damages arising from the use of deliverables. Support and maintenance are not included unless specified in a formal agreement.
